35 Öffentliche Bibliotheken aus 19 verschiedenen Ländern haben sich für den internationalen Preis „Public Library of the Year 2018“ beworben. Die IFLA-Jury hat 5 Bibliotheken für den Preis nominiert.
Die Nominierten sind:
- Austin Central Library
- Villa-Lobos Park Library
- KopGroep Bibliotheken (School 7)
- Deichman Biblo Toyen
- Tampines Regional Library
Die „Public Library of the Year 2018“ wird auf dem IFLA-Weltkongress in Kuala Lumpur bekannt gegeben.
